First person reader

What is first person reader?

Think of it as instructions to repeat after me like when reciting a pledge, oath, or promise.

I, (state your full name) do solemnly swear . . .

In video games, first person shooter allows the player to view the target through the gun sights instead of viewing both the shooter and the target in the screen — a more realistic and participatory experience.

Why first person reader is used in these articles?

When the reader takes personal ownership of the words and begins to speak out loud the statements of faith written in first person reader, his/her faith will grow and the things spoken will begin to manifest.

Romans 4:17 King James Version (KJV)

17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

and calls into being things that were not   New International Version (NIV)

Words have power

The words I speak in faith have the power to cause things to happen as I speak them. First person reader provides faithful statements that can produce change in the reader simply by speaking them and gradually coming to believe them.

Matthew 17:20

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Matthew 21:21

Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.

Mark 11:23

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
